We collect:

- Company name
- Project data (addresses, budgets, notes)
- Uploaded files (photos, PDFs, drawings)
- Messages within the platform
We do NOT store payment details — these are handled by Stripe.
3. How We Use Data
We use your data to:
- Provide and operate the Service
- Manage accounts
- Process subscriptions
- Send transactional emails
- Improve the platform
4. Legal Basis (GDPR)
We process data based on:
- Contract (providing the Service)
- Legitimate interest (platform improvement)
- Legal obligations
5. Data Storage
Your data is stored using:
- Supabase (EU region, AWS)
- Vercel / Railway (hosting)
- Dropbox (if connected by user)
- Stripe (payments)
- Resend (emails)
6. Data Retention
We retain data as long as your account is active. Upon deletion request, all data is deleted within 3 days.
