Welcome to BuildZeno (the "Service"), operated by an individual autónomo based in Spain ("we", "us", "our").
By accessing or using BuildZeno, you agree to these Terms.
1. Description of Service
BuildZeno is a SaaS platform for architects and designers to manage renovation and construction projects, including budgets, tasks, documents, selections, and communication.
Users include:
- Paying users (architects)
- Invited users (clients, contractors)
2. Accounts
You must provide accurate information when creating an account.
You are responsible for:
- Maintaining account security
- All activity under your account
3. Subscriptions and Billing
BuildZeno is a subscription service.
Plans:
- Starter — $49/month
- Professional — $89/month
- Studio — $159/month
Billing options: monthly or annual.
Free Trial
We offer a 14-day free trial. A valid payment method is required, but you will not be charged until the trial ends.
Automatic Renewal
Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the billing date.
4. Refund Policy
Refunds are provided on a pro-rata basis for unused time.
- Refunds exclude transaction fees
- Requests must be sent to support@buildzeno.com
- Refunds are processed within 5 business days
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for illegal purposes
- Upload harmful or malicious content
- Interfere with system integrity
- Attempt unauthorized access
6. User Content
You retain ownership of all data you upload, including project data, files, and messages.
You grant BuildZeno a limited license to store and process this data to provide the Service.
7. Data Accuracy and Responsibility
BuildZeno does not verify or validate any user-provided data. You are solely responsible for project decisions, financial calculations, and agreements with clients or contractors.
8. Third-Party Services
BuildZeno integrates with third-party services including Stripe (payments), Supabase (database/auth), Dropbox (optional file storage), and Resend (emails). We are not responsible for third-party services.
9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may stop using the Service at any time.
10. Account Deletion
To delete your account, contact support@buildzeno.com. All data will be permanently deleted within 3 days.
11. Disclaimer of Liability
BuildZeno is a software tool only. We are not responsible for construction outcomes, financial losses, project delays, or decisions made using the platform. The Service is provided "as is" without warranties.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, BuildZeno shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
13. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service means you accept updated Terms.
